I don't know how this ever escaped my attention before, but this wonderful statue is outside my city hall in a currently defunct fountain.

not to quibble over minutiae but this wonderful statue happens to be in the lovely town of San Dimas, not Glendora, and to be fair the kid on his knees is chasing after a frog or something, i guess the other is just taking advantage of the opportunity presented
