The Age-Preventing Benefits of Jump Rope

If the following car insurance ad is any indication, jumping rope can keep you so healthy that your body remains in an infantile state.

Furthermore, your 40- to 44-year-old body will look as it did when you were in the 20- to 24-year-old age range, and your 45- to 49-year-old body will look just as it did when you were in the 25- to 29-year-old age range. White people become dark-skinned during the 35- to -39-year old and 50-plus age ranges. And you look like Chicken Little when you’re 30 to 34 years old. But, of course, the important lesson to take away from this is that jumping rope makes you always, always look like a baby.
