The Larkspur Liar

More fun (?) with search results. Yes, this is the second in a week, but the Google hits have lately been many and mighty strange.
  1. They landed here but, alas, did offer any new theories on the subject.
  2. I am once again the top hit for this strange list of ingredients. I have been so for a while now. If anyone can shed some light on why this is, I would love to hear it.
  3. There should be, anyway. The why of it is a bit more complicated, however.
  4. Not the number one hit, but pretty high up there, considering that a lot of tourists doubtlessly suffer this indignity.
  5. Number one hit!
  6. An interesting theory that this Google hit puts forth: Both Freddie from Scooby Doo and Melody from Josie and the Pussycats have blonde hair, the last name Jones, and IQs that should rightly have got them put in an institution. Maybe they are brother and sister.
  7. Or, if you will, the sensationally popular new game show Ant, Pee or Bite!
  8. Okay, full disclosure: The vast majority of hits this week have in some way related to the wedding of Gail Simmons, Top Chef judge and editor at Food & Wine magazine. Apparently, people care a lot more about Gail's personal life than I thought. It all came to a point this week because Wednesday's episode of Top Chef revolved around the contestants catering Gail's bridal shower. I'm surprised I didn't get hate mail, however, because all these Gail-obsessed Googlers, however, ended up on my post "What the Fuck Is Wrong With Gail Simmons," which sounds like me bagging endlessly on the woman but is actually about the curious way Top Chef seems to portray Gail in a negative light.
  9. Number one hit!
